My first website devoted to my comics work appeared in 1998 with a domain name of Mediawarpcomics.com. Early on, it was devoted to publicizing my 1997/1998 miniseries PRISONOPOLIS. I later used it to publicize Joe Zabel’s MURDER BY CROWQUILL anthology and began posting plans for upcoming online comics projects shortly thereafter.
I added a LiveJournal blog to the site in 2004. I changed the primary domain name of the site to BenAdamsArts.com in late 2005 and switched to the current WordPress blog shortly thereafter.
All LiveJournal entries have been imported into this blog. This area of the site exists to store pre-LiveJournal material — and essays from the 2004 site that didn’t go into the journal — that may be of interest to someone.
