  • 1. What screen resolution should I use to view your website?

    It’s designed to be viewed at a resolution of 800 x 600 or higher. (1024 x 768 is preferable.)

    2. Which browsers should be used to view your website?

I test this site using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox, and Opera on the Windows XP operating system, which I use on my home computer.

I also test everything on a Macintosh. On a Mac, this site should look fine using the latest versions of Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Internet Explorer, and Safari. (The latest version of Firefox is the Mac browser I have the most faith in. Try switching to it if another browser is giving you trouble.)

If you are having trouble viewing a page, you may wish to make sure you are using the most current version of your browser.

    3. I can’t get some of your webpages to display properly. What should I do?

First of all, read the answers to the previous two questions…they may be helpful. If you absolutely can’t get the pages to display properly, email me and tell me the operating system and browser you are using. I’ll do my best to fix the problem.
